The Continuants
Four friends stepped through a doorway in a sea cave.
Now they are trapped inside yesterday.
When Sofia, Elena, Nikos, and Theo discover a shimmering portal hidden deep inside Skotherma Cave, they accidentally cross into a day that has already happened. Their hometown looks familiar, but its people cannot truly see them; the storm above the harbour is repeating itself, and the portal that brought them there has closed.
Then the Continuants arrive.
Tall, silent beings of energy, the Continuants move through the abandoned day, consuming buildings, roads, objects, and every remaining trace of yesterday. Anyone who does not belong in the past will be erased with it, vanishing so completely that no one will remember they ever existed.
The four friends have only until the end of the day to cross the collapsing coastline and reach a second portal at Xerolimni Point. Guided by a mysterious traveller who has survived between lost days for decades, they must learn to move without attracting the Continuants, navigate a town disappearing around them, and decide how much they are willing to sacrifice to return home.
Because the Continuants are getting closer.
The tide is turning.
And yesterday will not exist for much longer.
